ROXANNE K.
Have used for about three weeks. It seems to be less effective that the lift and firm tx and restorative facial oil. It seems to irritate the skin on my face . I've used it on my arms and neck but have not noticed much change, I probably need to give it more time as I am older than most of your clients, (79)

Hi Roxanne, We are very sorry to read that our cream irritated your skin and thank you for sending us your experience with the Beverly Hills Escape. All skin types react differently, and we have taken the greatest care to include only natural ingredients. Based on our independent tests this irritation situation is very rare, but it can happen! We do recommend that you continue to use the product on the body parts that are not irritated and if you are not completely satisfied, please contact our customer service department at 1-888-945-0478. They will be happy to ensure your satisfaction. Once again thank you for sending us your comment. Best Regards, Greg

This is good cream however it is short of the promised looking 20 years younger in 15 days. The crepe skin on my arms is still there and not much better than before. I started to use more of the cream to see if it made a difference but not much. I will continue to use it to see if it makes a difference and report back because I think it will take some time to see results. Thank you.
