I was pleasantly surprised by how much product I received for the money. Typically you get a tiny jar but this was 4x the size I had expected. I love the smell and it goes on nicely, no greasy residue. I've been using it around my eyes and on my neck and so far I am loving the results!

I just received my order, very fast service. Thank you. I will let you know my experience after I have used it. One question. Can I use this around my eyes for drooping lids? Well,I have been using it for quite a while and there has been no improvement I am sorry to say. This product is not for me.

Hi Margo, We are glad to hear that you received your Order in a timely manner and certainly look forward to hearing more about your experience. As for your question, you can absolutely use our product in the areas around your eyes but just like any makeup or cream, we suggest you are careful not to get anything actually in your eyes. I purchased this product and used the first jar and saw no change. I sent all four jars back for a refund and tracked the package. I know it was rec'd so I called about my refund. I was told I would receive it in the mail shortly. I still have not rec'd my refund. I will happily update this review when I have rec'd my refund. Thank you. So why have I changed my review from a 1 to 5 stars? Simple. I rec'd the best phone call yesterday from Greg who exhibited the greatest customer service that I have been exposed to for some time. He was extremely professional yet caring about my situation. He did not treat me as if I was a nuisance or complainer. He treated me like a customer with a valid concern. He didn't give me "the check is in the mail" routine. He explained the issue at hand and told me my refund occurred and was sent to my credit card as is the custom. Greg, I really appreciated your call and as I said I would, I changed my review. Your customer service attitude deserves 5 stars. Thank you and please have a blessed and safe holiday season.

Hi Phyllis, We have researched your Order history and confirmed that your Order was indeed returned and that you are eligible for a refund. Our Customer Service Representative was incorrect in that the refund was actually processed on your Credit Card. These type of transactions can take up to 7-10 days to post on your account, so if you have not received this refund by end of next week... Please call our Support Line at 1-888-945-0478 and ask to speak with a Supervisor. Please know that we value our Customers and apologize for any confusion. Regards, Greg
