The Best Furniture DealReviews of thebestfurnituredeal.com

Best service.

I had been searching for a small affordable fireplace stove and The Best Furniture Deal offered a great price on a Dimplex heater with an affordable delivery charge. The service was terrific—the shipping was set up the day after I ordered the stove and I received it a week later in California. I am so happy with all aspects of this transaction.

Honestly , they answer the phone when you call , they are very friendly and knowledgeable, they come on time. The Best furniture is a great company and trustworthy

Dmitry made my experience great. He did everything he promised and I even received my furniture before time. I will gladly do business here again.

I appreciate the long-past small-business passionate customer service. My first phone call was answered and by the owner! He made every effort to get the pieces that I was not able to get elsewhere.. and for a fair price! Certainly a different experience than buying through a big company, but I'm so happy to receive great communication all the way through. My chairs arrived with the next weeks delivery and undamaged.

I was extremely impressed by this companies service. Their customer service is superb and their delivery process is fast and accurate. They even contacted me after my delivery was made to make sure that I was satisfied with my order. I will make sure to recommend the best furniture deal to all my friends and I will be back to purchase furniture from them as well….great job guys!!! Thank you

We recently ordered 2 wardrobes from The Best Furniture Deal for our grandson’s bedroom. What amazing customer service from Dimitri ! We received updates from Dimitri on our furniture delivery date. We also received a call from him after they were delivered to make sure that they arrived undamaged and to make sure that we were happy with the product. The wardrobes came with super easy instructions and were very easy to assemble. We would definitely order from them again! Great quality and customer service!! Sheila Hatzileris
