The WORST COMPANY EVER. They double shipped me products that I didn’t sign up for. Had no idea that I was on some kinda subscription service. All I got was a shipping text from DHL saying they are on the way. Weird how there is no CONTACT NUMBER to talk with someone and get matters resolved. I asked for a RMA and they emailed me back some S**t about offering me a discount. No send an RMA so I can return the product. That was 2 weeks ago and still don’t have it. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FOUL UNSCRUPULOUS PEOPLE

I hate to be leaving a negative review, I had such high hopes for this company, but like I learnt from my own experience, they don't have great customer service and are not 100 percent honest. I didn't see any real results after using the products for 3 months, and Im pretty sure I even saw advertised a 90 guarantee or money back. When I emailed them they sent long automated responses and tried denying it. They told me I need to show them where it says that. When I sent them the screenshot, they still kept going back and forth with long automated emails not addressing my concern, and ended with they only refund if the products are sent back within 30 days, even thought the guarantee is if you USE the products and don't see results, they give money back. I don't deny they might have thousands of positive reviews on their site, but I am really not impressed and cannot recommend to others unfortunately.

They scammed me out $120 :( I lost around $120 between the hidden monthly membership that is $90 a month, and the extremely steep $30 cancelation fee. In the terms and conditions you technically sign that you agree to any cancelation fees, but $30!? That is excesive, and they are not up front about it. Don't fall for this scam like I did! P.S. The product doesn't even work. I followed instructions to a tee and saw zero results...

It’s a scam. They advertised one price then tried to charge me double. Then signed me up for $100+ monthly subscription with zero notification and without any consent. I will chargeback anything I see from them

I bought one box and they auto-subscribed me to get a monthly box. Cost my $97 I wasn't planning to spend. This company is a scam. Check the reviews, they do this to everyone.

Worst customer service, NO PHONE NUMBER, they do not reply to emails, placed 2 orders with them and they did not fulfill any order, this business is a scam, Bryan Welfel the CEO should be held accountable

The products are fine but the customer service is horrible. They are nice but they don't listen to you. I got mailed a second package that I didn't order and when I politely requested a refund they tried to UPSELL me. Unbelievable. I kept asking for refund, they finally agreed after at least 8 emails back and forth, but then UPS was going to charge me $15 for return shipping. I declined, asked The Beard Club for a return shipping label, and they declined. Said it's not their policy, and I have to pay for it. So, I disputed the charge with my bank. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company unless you want to make one order and then have them continue to bill you over and over again. Note: I almost never leave negative reviews anywhere. A company has to try REALLY hard to anger me, repeatedly, for me to do this. It's a waste of my time, but they deserve to be trashed. Ridiculous.

I was recently unknowingly charged by Beard Club for a subscription I didn’t consent to. When I ordered the product, I didn’t see anywhere where it said I was being subscribed to anything. If it were clear somewhere on the order for where you can clearly see, I would have opted out of the subscription option. There wasn’t any kind of box to check or anything like that. If it was in any kind of small print, then it was not clear enough for anyone to see or even notice which makes that a total scam. I contacted their support and they refused to give me a refund. Total BS.
