Prompt response to my email when i had not received my order. Checked the problem resolved the issue 12/27. Still have not received an Updated shipping email. Getting a bit frustrated

They were quick with their response, gave me many options when it came to a refund, they cancelled my subscription which im thankfully for, and the whole process was fast, this is great customer service.

The Beard Club was amazing with their quick responses to my issues. They handled my damaged product very well and I am very impressed.

I had misunderstood that I had signed up for a regular subscription and then I received the email notification, as soon as I found out that I had been charged I emailed them right away to figure out what had happened and got a response within a couple of hours and we both figured out the problem quickly, truly what amazing establishment with incredible patience and such understanding staff!❤️I will be back!

Excellent customer service support

I ordered a starter kit from The Beard Club as a Christmas gift for my husband. It arrived well within the estimated delivery date but unfortunately one of the smaller glass bottles was broken during the shipment. I reached out to their customer support and was helped immediately. They shipped out a replacement bottle within 2 days and we're good to go! Also, my husband loves product!
