Wish this were a product review but i…
Wish this were a product review but i can’t even charge it. The two orong magnetic charger eon’t stay on! Such focus on product design but that is no good if the charging system sucks. WTF

I need someone to get in touch with me as you did before asking me to video the issue I have with a magnetic charging device. I have prepared the video. I need to send it. Please get in touch with me. You may not give me a refund but give me a credit so I can order something else that is much better.

All around just an amazing company, products and customer service!
First of all, I LOVE the variety of options they have in their online store. I ordered a couple new toys, and they came so fast! Unfortunately one toy ended up not working shortly after receiving it. But, I reached out and they assisted me quickly through email and with confirmation of the issue they got me a replacement order within 24 hours of contacting them about the problem. 10/10, and will 100% be recommending this site and returning for my own future purchases!
