Hi, friends :) It’s me JuliaSoftdome from PH and want to share my experiences in cooperation with THEBADPEACH. Briefly, everything is perfect. Guys provided toys to review with all necessary information: logo in png and link on sample video. Support all the time in touch and very helpful. Looking forward for new cooperations with THEBADPEACH :)

Great product! Fast shipping
unhappy C.
so you lie about 24/7 customer service. I paid for expedited shipping and it did not arrive within the window, it still has not arrived! more than 24 hours to get a response from someone who says they have 24/7 customer service? This was a gag gift and the event has passed. I would leave ZERO stars if I could. Thanks for nothing! Please buy from anyone else!!!

Dear Customer, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. We take customer service and delivery times seriously, and we regret that we didn’t meet your expectations in this instance. It sounds like there was a delay in response, and we sincerely apologize if your email was missed between shifts. Additionally, we apologize for the shipping delay—this is not the experience we want for our customers, especially when time-sensitive deliveries are involved. We’d love to make this right. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can discuss a resolution. Your feedback is valuable, and we appreciate the opportunity to improve. Best regards, Sarah THEBADPEACH

The Bad Peach sells some fun new toys that are hard to find other places and they're great!

I have tried numerous products from the bad peach and so far everything has been great. We haven’t had a single issue with product being delivered, and the toys work well and are high quality. The packaging is discrete and it comes quickly from a warehouse in California. We have ordered twice from this website without issue. I would recommend this company for its great service and fantastic products!
