I have yet to receive my order or a shipping confirmation and I made my order and paid for it a week ago, which is not what was advertised or paid for.

If I could choose a zero or negative stars, I would. I placed an order and received an order confirmation on 06/22. On 06/26, they had not sent tracking. I contacted them and they told me my order did not meet their "criteria" because the billing and delivery addresses were different and they didn't bother to send notification or send my money back. They received payment and failed to ship. This caused a delay in a project. I was promised a refund on the 26th. That did not happen, and I filed a complaint with PayPal on the 28th. Update: July 2 after filing a complaint with PayPal a refund is supposed to be issued from PayPal.

I ordered my alloy wheel on June 21st, but next week they said it was not in stock. They assured me a refund within 2 days starting last Monday. However, it has been over a week now, and I have not received any communication regarding the refund despite repeated attempts via phone and email. I ask for immediate processing of my refund.

I ordered a part in June 20th said it would be here on the 24th, still haven’t recovered the part or tracking information. Have made numerous calls and no return call even sent an email mail and still no response.

I have ordered a hood for my 2003 toyota 4runner 6cyl since June 12, 2024. Order supposed to receive on June 17, 2024. Today is June 2, 2024 still don’t receive any tracking number or update. I have being calling everyday and leaving message with no answer or call back. I have sent an email and hopefully looking forward to receiving an answer! I wouldn’t recommend this for lack of customer service and communication!
