The part was not in stock and I was not informed that it wasnt. It wasnt until I contacted them, the day after the part should've arrived that they decided to inform me that the part was not available. To their credit, they did refund me immediately but had I not contacted them, guess they just let it ride?

Dear Customer, Apologies for the inconvenience. Your refund is processed and settled to your cc bank on 24-Jul-2024 18:44:01 EDT. From the date of settlement you cc bank would take min 5-7 business days to deposit the refund to your cc account. Since the refund is settled with your cc bank, you would have to contact your cc bank if you don't see the refund in your account in 5-7 business days.

The return process is a total nightmare. I’ve sent numerous emails and photos of the differences in the part they sent. They will not take part back as it is under review by the company. They don’t care if it’s the right part only that it fits the bolt pattern. I cannot say what an unpleasantly disappointing experience this has been. It’s been three weeks and it’s still under review. I have a classic vehicle and explained the bumper they sent did for bolt holes but is much taller and much newer than the original. It’s a shame that they put you through such a process. Won’t shop here again!!!

I never received a receipt for my purchase, had to make an inquiry for shipping details, and the part was junk. We installed the fan and it ran for half an hour before it gave out. (My husband is a 20yr mechanic and is damn good at what he does.)

They advertised a bumper that wasn't in stock. After a few days they finally canceled the order said it would be two days. When I checked to see what was going on 4 days later they informed me again they Cancelled it but now it would be 5-7 business days. Which is now a week and half more. If you try to call them, you will only get a voice message. The Bumper wasn't cheap.

Your order could not be shipped out due to unavailability of stock. The stock ETA is not as expected, so we refund this order in full. The refund would be updated to your cc account in 5-7 business days. We are trying to find this parts availability with other distributes. Apologies for the delayed refund.

Great price, but first part arrived damaged. After filing a damage claim, 10 days later the second, even more damaged part arrived. This time, seller unilaterally cancelled order and claimed I had requested it. On the contrary, I had clearly asked them to fulfill the order. So far, no refund. Nonetheless, I placed a new order, and the part arrived promptly with acceptable, repairable damage. Lesson: be realistic, acknowledge this stuff is shipped from another hemisphere, and assume most sheet metal parts will arrive damaged. It’s just a question of how much damage you are willing to accept, and how much time the seller wants to spend on customer service.
