Bad experience many times delay for delivery my part. We lost money and get a problem with my customer. Customer service not honest.

I ordered 2 buy mistake and could not cancel on web site and fix it .

I would never buy from this company again. The bumper I received in the mail was tore on the top piece. I have called all day and left several messages trying to get a return label so that I can get a front bumper that can be assembled. Customer service is terrible it’s unacceptable that I can’t even get through on the phone and they have no chat option online. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

They sent the wrong item!!! I ordered the driver side seat switch and they sent the passenger side. I already waited a long time for it to come and now I still don’t have what I ordered the tracking is horrible

Have made multiple attempts to contact about my order, left numerous messages, and emails. Phone always gives uyou a recording, messages never get returned.customer service needs help badly

I never got my tracking number

The part that I ordered was supposed to be here yesterday. I hadn't received a email saying it's been delivered or delayed. I don't think they take their job's serious enough for me.

The part delivered was folded in half in the box creating a bend that can't be straightened out. It's damaged.
