My salesman Alex Osorio did a great job on my order as well as dealing with follow up questions. I will be recommending the theater seat store to all of my friends.

Great customer service from John Jasso at TheatherSeat.com. I had a few issues with my recent purchase of a Seatcraft Rialto and John took care of me with zero hassle. I sent him a few pics and that same day he had ordered me a replacement piece. I also wanted to exchange some accessories I had purchased and again his no hassle attitude was greatly appreciated. I wish all of the the online companies I deal with would treat me as well as John and TheatherSeat.com. 2 Thumbs up!

I have been reviewing theater seating for approximately 2 weeks and had so many questions. Ashley was able to respond to my concerns and offered considerable knowledge regarding the accessories needed for the chairs and what I needed to make a purchase decision. Thanks Ashley!!

We had been eyeing some theater seating for a couple of weeks and were almost ready to order online, but then decided to call in as we had some questions. (Power vs manual recline; white glove service; whether or not seats would have to be ordered resulting in longer delivery time, etc.) Our order rep, Alex, was SO HELPFUL and guided us through our options which ultimately made it possible for us to make our decision and place an order. If the delivery and products are as good as Alex was, this will without a doubt be one of the best purchases we have ever made.
