I enjoyed working with Trevor on weekly on group calls and everyone else on there.Group calls are great, you work with other people in same position in life and learn why things happen and how to grow together. It has gave me a whole new view on life and future relationships. I feel grateful for what have and not going for someone to validate me anymore. My sister tells me that I am a changed person she thinks it is great.

Trevor and his team are exceptional at what they do. There are many platforms out there and I can say this one does not disappoint. Very accommodating, focused factual driven, comfortable environment are just naming a few exceptional points about the Art of healing! As a man in my 60’s, I have learned more about who and what I am as a person in the last 4 months than I have in the last 30 years. I’m ever so grateful that I was introduced to The art of healing! It has been a life changing experience! Thanks Trevor and team!!!

I was able use these tools to improve my relationship with myself and that helped improve my overall mood and outlook in life. I really appreciate what the SSC team has done so far. I am still using these tools daily and seeing change happening around me. The weekly group sessions helps me have hope and makes these internal emotional work much easier to do.

Trevor has really crafted a course that combines like 3 years of counseling into a few months. Im also impressed with the amount of in-person time he spends with us.

Trevor and Callie (my one on one coach) have been amazing! They truly care about each person. Their goal is to help each individual find healing and implement that into every day life. I would recommend this program to anyone struggling with anxious attachments.

The compassionate community of folks who struggle with the same attachment style has been a real surprise. Everyone is so supportive of each other. The TEMPO cycle and Cope Ahead are two exercises that have been very relatable and helpful in tempering the trigger moments. What is not working for me are the visualizations, and yet we spent back to back weeks working through visualizations. I feel that one week was enough since these are available in the Meditation Library. Much of what we've been learning seems to be related to MIND work. I've recently come across other 'secure' coaches who talk about learning how to control the BODY during trigger moments. (I have to believe it's more than just breathing exercises to settle the body.) These other coaches state that it's the BODY that bears the biggest impact from the triggers, not the MIND. I'd certainly like to hear Trevor's thoughts on this.

I truly trust Trevor with more than I would typically trust anyone. Thank you for being who you are.

I wasn't sure what to expect going into the Art of Healing program, but what I found was something I didn't even know I needed — a community of people who were all showing up with the same intention to grow and heal. Trevor has a gift for creating a space where you feel safe enough to be honest with yourself and others. There's something powerful about being in a room (or group) with people who are doing the real work, and Trevor facilitates that in a way that feels natural and genuine — never forced. The connections I made and the shared experiences throughout the program added a layer of depth to my own healing journey that I couldn't have gotten on my own. Hearing others' stories, seeing their breakthroughs, and feeling that sense of collective progress was incredibly motivating. If you're on the fence, just sign up and do it. The program and the people in it will meet you right where you are.
