The group and staff are incredibly supportive and positive. I find the homework to be thought provoking and the AI tool to be incredibly helpful. However, I find that I tend to need the individual sessions much more often than the every other week schedule and you can only get those with added cost. As much as I am already paying, I cannot afford nor justify this cost. I feel like I would be progressing more with that support. I would also like more somatic and nervous system work and less tasks for me to do as homework. I am here because I am already overloaded and adding to my load is not helping me. I find that I do not usually get to much of that work at least not in the way that I should because I am overloaded. Doing that with a coach rather than having to find the time to do it on my own would really help. Overall, I love it and would highly recommend to anyone with attachment issues, which is most everyone I've decided.

Hey Cindy, I have loved having you in the group! You've been making amazing progress. I've sent your feedback to your individual coach so that they can help increase the amount of somatic work and some of the other things that you mentioned here.

The compassionate community of folks who struggle with the same attachment style has been a real surprise. Everyone is so supportive of each other. The TEMPO cycle and Cope Ahead are two exercises that have been very relatable and helpful in tempering the trigger moments. What is not working for me are the visualizations, and yet we spent back to back weeks working through visualizations. I feel that one week was enough since these are available in the Meditation Library. Much of what we've been learning seems to be related to MIND work. I've recently come across other 'secure' coaches who talk about learning how to control the BODY during trigger moments. (I have to believe it's more than just breathing exercises to settle the body.) These other coaches state that it's the BODY that bears the biggest impact from the triggers, not the MIND. I'd certainly like to hear Trevor's thoughts on this.

Hey Josh, this is Trevor here. I appreciate your thoughts. Sometimes the meditations can be challenging to get a handle on. It's interesting that you mentioned that you feel like it's MIND work not BODY work because the program is actually designed to utilize transformation through the body. Much of that felt, as you might call BODY, work is done through things like the visualization and meditations. So maybe for you it feels more mind focused, and less body focus simply because it's been a bit more challenging for you to fully engage in the visualization practices. Repetition of those practices is essential. This is why we spent two weeks, focusing on a similar practice. I will say that not everything in the program is going to work for everyone. It's actually intended to be that way. We know that people make progress in different ways and so we provide a variety of approaches so that you can discover what works best for you.
