** Edited** Hi again, sorry to hear you're disappointed with our shipping service! I just looked into your order to get to the bottom of this. Your order was placed on Friday, April 7th to go 2nd-day air via UPS. As noted on our website, 2nd day delivery means it will be delivered within 2-3 business days. (3 business days in case your order is placed after UPS's afternoon cut-off and we cannot get it out same day, this did NOT happen in your case). We shipped your order out on Friday April 7th via UPS and according to their tracking information, it will be delivered Tuesday, April 11th. This is the second business day after you ordered so currently everything is on schedule per your original order. We never like to have disappointed customers though so we'll reach out via email to work with you directly!
