Thanks for your feedback! I tracked your package and it's at a USPS distribution center about 30 minutes from your house so I'm very hopeful that it will arrive tomorrow or Tuesday at the latest. We'll keep an eye on it and I hope you enjoy it when it does arrive!

I just pulled up your records and it looks like we only received an order for the 3-fragrance mini set which has been delivered. I'll reach out to you via email regarding the additional samples, we use Shopify for the website which generally runs very smoothly and accurately but we'll figure this out for you!

I'm sorry to hear that USPS has been slow in delivering your package. I just tracked your shipment and it looks like it is still listed in transit. I will monitor and see if there is any movement on the package today and contact USPS if the package seems to be stuck somewhere. Unfortunately USPS has been a bit slower than normal.
