I worked with Usama Saif on getting an estimate for a custom shirt process. While the specific option I asked about was not an option at TAF, Usama provided alternative options along with clear explanations of how they compared. The pricing was competitive, the turnaround was quick, and communication was prompt throughout. Overall, it was a seamless transaction, and the shirts turned out perfect!

The order was placed on Friday after our cutoff time. As mentioned, standard shipping takes 3-6 business days. Due to the holiday weekend, shipping is taking a bit longer. The customer reached out to us, and we provided them with all the necessary information.

What a wonderful company to work with
What a wonderful company to work with! I decided to order a bulk order of sweatshirts for my company holiday gift. When I received the order I decided I wanted to go up in sizing and contacted the company. They responded the same day and were EXTREMELY helpful with exchanges. I will be using this company for all bulk orders in the future. Highly recommend!

Excellent price and service
From start to finish, The Apparel Factory was excellent. My initial email was responded to very quickly. The representatives called me, when I requested clarification on a garment. The order was processed and delivered as communicated.
