I recently had a book published, and upon reviewing the listing on Amazon, I noticed three significant errors in the title. Unfortunately, my experience with that publishing company was fraught with challenges, prompting me to search for a new publisher. During my search, I had the opportunity to connect with Eric. He exhibited a high level of professionalism and demonstrated a genuine commitment to rectifying the situation. Eric actively listened to my concerns and took the time to address them. After several productive conversations, I felt confident in my decision to proceed with his services. Eric informed me that I would be working with Matilda, a colleague he believed would be a great fit for my needs. Matilda has proven to be both patient and passionate, guiding me through each step of the process. I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Every interaction I've had with their team has been respectful and positive. I am truly grateful to have crossed paths with them as they help me achieve my dream.
