I’ve been going back and forth over a month with this book. It supposed to be finished but it keeps saying error on the Amazon site. The agent keeps telling me 72 hours it will be fixed so I been stuck with an error. A guy keep asking for a confirmation code then the nerves to ask did I change my password. No explaining no reaching out to solve the problem just nothing. I paid over 300 dollars for this and for the hassle could’ve did the mess my self. This supposed to be professional. So I feel I lost money and came into a rough patch in the road. Mind you I been paid this money since October 2025 and the book isn’t complicated nor big. Service is garbage after they recieve your money

This was a mixed bag. The cover they did was excellent, and the book looks good. The editing was horrible. I have experience as an editor. I would read the proof and send in corrections; they would send it back with the corrections done, but numerous new errors. Paragraphs disappeared, page numbers were wrong, and in the wrong order. I think we went through 16 rounds of corrections. And there are still mistakes in the final product. And absolutely do not give them money for marketing. Lots of promises were made, but none of it happened. It was a waste of a good bit of money.

This company is 100% fraudulent. They will take your money, sound professional, promise you the world, and deliver you nothing of value. Do NOT be fooled. You will not make money with these frauds. This company has nothing to do with Amazon; it is just ripping off their name. FYI, any company that is really Amazon will most likely have Amazon.com (exactly as written) somewhere in their email address. Giving them a CC is a mistake. There were 50,000 reports about scammers using Amazon's name in 2024, with $20 million reported lost. Fraud is everywhere on the Internet.

The quality of work and guidance remains questionable. Editing took numerous iterations due to poor editing. I had to spend numerous exchanges fixing their edits. Two red flags were always pitching their marketing package when it repeatedly remained clear I wanted an eBook and a paperback published before considering an expensive marketing package. The second flag was wanting access to my Amazon account, which, for one, is forbidden by Amazon, and two, left me to my own devices to upload the eBook. What I found was that after publishing, the eBook formatting needed to be a KPF format, not a PDF, which they sent me. Steve Smith was the project lead, explained that if I give them access, they will fix it, and I can change my password soon after. Yet another concerning breach of Amazon policy. It was explained that after I publish, they are done with the agreement. Do not give anyone access to your Amazon account with your personal and banking information. My result for my trilogy eBook editing was to use Amazon's formatting and publish from their platform. If you use them, be specific to your goal to publish first and watch out for the continual hard-sell, staying vigilant with the editing and finished file types for publishing. Good luck!

I was doing great but I really had a time constraint on me for the publishing of my book and the ghostwriter's block urgh! But this company helped get far ahead in the field and it doesn't feel like I'm not a seasoned author now haha!
