Would rate this pathetic website 0 stars if I could. Customer support is openly using different tactics to scam people. They wait until you either forget you submitted a ticket or until the refund window expires (Randomly closing 14 day tickets with no response) Well, "Xevier" (the ONLY person running this absolute joke of a website) Why don't you stop telling me to "go to main ticket" if you aren't even going to say anything, or fix my issue? Doesn't make sense. Filing for a chargeback is the best thing you can do, because they don't even respond to refund requests. Do they seriously think I would forget whether I actually got what I paid for? And if anybody's reading this and even CONSIDERING buying ANYTHING from this piece of filth website, remember there is a reason this website has a 2.8 rating. Horrible and pathetic website.

After contacting support they told me to make a new ticket, and I did. My ticket involves the steam account including DayZ I purchased (which doesn’t work) so I contacted support under “issue with order” After waiting over the average time, I opened a second ticket under “question about order” Only then did support respond to me, and all they said was to make a new ticket. I then MADE another ticket but got scolded by support to return to my old support ticket. Support is incredibly entitled. So quick to blame ME for everything but so slow to actually fix my issue. I also contacted their email. They haven’t responded.

The altening generator works in a very sketchy way to add the accounts but their limited minecraft accounts are scam litterly none of them worked and after 2 weeks they still didn't replaced the accounts

They sold me a great account that I had for almost a year. Then the owner of the original account hacked into it and stoled the account after i wasted a lot of money in that account.

Second order already and everything works as usual — even if it doesn't just contact their quick competent support — very satisfied! You basically get more than you pay for.

Worst support I have witnessed and seemingly good accounts. I bought 20 accounts, 1 didnt work from the beginning. After not even 1 week I was down to only 10 working accounts, I opened a ticket the day I bought the accounts and got a response 14 days later where I needed to answer within 12 hours (the ticket was only visible on that specific browser when not deleting cookies) otherwise it gets closed. Now after 14 days I am left with 0 accounts that are working and I need to open another ticket since the old one got closed, they also want me to send proof with imgur which isnt stated anywhere till you get a response...

Wouldn't recommend purchasing anything especially the "one day trial" marketed as a no strings attached easy way to test the product but fails to mention it automatically signs you up for a 20 dollar weekly subscription. No email or anything explaining the rollover, xavier is also a clueless dolt, very hard to navigate the sight to open a ticket, says to contact over discord but there is no discord, the ticket system is only in browser and doesn't even go through email. Very obviously set up to purposely have people get charged, run out of time to refund or just straight up not respond to refunds and then keep charging you or stick with the one predatory charge. Had a ticket open for multiple days despite saying 12 hour response time and xavier only ever answered me an hour after I charge backed the charge through my cc company. Dude also very obviously bots reviews and wipes this page as much as possible. Do yourself a favor and just use the free version regardless of how bad it is.
