The worst product on the planet. When I placed my order I was able to select a 'free' special offer...one package of replacement beads ... which wasn't included in the shipment in which the shower head came. On December 31st, 2022 I received and email stating my order was being prepared for shipment. I emailed the company and they gave me details said order, Unlimited refills on beads for $29.99, for which I had not authorized. I sent two more emails requesting follow up to refund this charge. Not a single reply.

WOULD GIVE A ZERO IF I COULD!!!’ BUYER BEWARE ITS A PIECE OF JUNK. THE HOSE FELL APART. THEY WANTED ME TO SEND TGEM PICTURES WHICH I DID A MONTH LATER STILL HAVENT RECEIVED THE REPLACEMENT HOSE. MUST BE COMING FROM MARS. DO NOT BUY!!!

I ordered one shower head and one hose and fitting. They sent me two and charged me for two and also charged me for a "refill" that I didn't order. They will not give a refund. I contacted them nearly a dozen times, their "customer service" link is broken on their webpage, and they say that they only respond by e-mail.

They send me a product that immediately breaks and then they want me to send them pics, etc! I paid for this crap already! Why do I have to prove anything to these people? Customer service is a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

This product worked for the first two weeks that I used it, then started malfunctioning shortly after. I got in contact with customer support, and they sent me a few links on how I could fix it.. After taking it apart, cleaning it, and putting it back together, it still does not work. The switch that's supposed to change the stream mode does not work, even though it is fully and properly assembled according to their instructions. Even after cleaning the shower head disk, the water streams spray in all the wrong directions, and while they once felt soothing, the streams now feel like needles. The pressure is no longer enough to effectively clean myself, and a significant amount of water leaks out of the hose. Customer support told me they would send a new hose last week, but I have yet to hear back from them regarding an ETA. Maybe a new hose would help, but at this point I am seriously doubtful. I have reinstalled my old showerhead for now, and am looking into purchasing from another brand that was highly recommended by a close friend.

They sent me a defective shower head and wall base. Customer service number is constantly "busy" even when calling for over an hour back-to-back on multiple days. Email support was told to call me not reply to email and over a week later writes me back instead of calling. Multiple reply emails to them with no reply to them and had to call the bank to dispute the charges. SCAM COMPANY! The company address of 4051 Freeport Pkwy #300, Grapevine, TX 76051 is an address for ShipBob a shipping company. Reviews all say the same thing most of the reviews on here say.

I ordered the shower head and the adapter hose that I bought had a huge hole it. WATER SPRAYING EVERYWHERE! I emailed them 4times! Finally got an email saying they have a ew supplier and would replace the adapter. YUP YOU GUESSED IT!! I NEVER HEARS BACK AGAIN!! ALPEN EITHER REFUND MY MONEY AND SEND THE REPLACEMENT PIECE! THIS IS TERRIBLE!!

I have been trying to get in contact with customer service for over 2 weeks now. I have sent 3 emails and called multiple times with no answer. I messaged the company thru Instagram and someone replied back saying they would be able to help me. When I explained I want to return the items as I did not like them and the hoses leak water the person in the other end stayed quiet… the message was read and it was ignored… do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere else. This company is extremely unprofessional and will not answer you back if you have any concerns.
