You can trust Alloy to give you the best offer!
Alloy was great to work with when I found some old scrap gold! I took the gold to several local jewelers for quotes and then mailed it to Alloy. They beat the offers of the local jewelers so I accepted their offer. They paid me within hours! Will definitely recommend them and use them in the future!
Response from The Alloy MarketFeb 22, 2026
This is awesome to hear! Taking the time to compare local offers and then giving us a chance means a lot. We are thrilled we were able to beat the local quotes and get you paid within hours. That is exactly how it should feel. Thank you for the recommendation and for trusting Alloy. When you are ready to sell again, you can always reach us at (888) 672-1471. We would be happy to help!

More money and quick turnaround!
At first I was a little Leary about sending my gold away but gave it a shot When I got the quote, it was 30% higher than my local jeweler From the time I got my kit to the time I got paid was 4 days!!
Response from The Alloy MarketFeb 22, 2026
We completely understand being a little cautious at first. Sending gold through the mail is a big step. We are so glad you gave us a shot and that the quote came in 30 percent higher than your local jeweler. Four days from kit to payment is exactly the kind of turnaround we aim for. Thank you for trusting us with your gold. When you are ready to sell again, you can always reach us at (888) 672-1471. We would be happy to help!

Honest, good communication, good pricing
At first I was a bit skeptical, due to the fact I had never sent gold in the mail for pricing. However, the process couldn’t have been easier and more straightforward. The instructions were concise and clear. The communication was excellent and their pricing far exceeded any local gold exchange or jeweler. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to sell their precious metals.
Response from The Alloy MarketFeb 22, 2026
Geoffrey, thank you for such a thoughtful review. We completely understand the hesitation about mailing gold for the first time, so it is great to hear the clear instructions and steady communication helped make it feel simple and secure. Knowing our pricing stood out compared to local options means a lot. We truly appreciate the recommendation. When you are ready to sell again, you can always reach us at (888) 672-1471. We would be happy to help!

It's great that they have a calculator…
It's great that they have a calculator on their website to estimate how much you can expect to receive... the times when their offer was lower than the website, I was able to have them reevaluate and adjust to match the estimate. Great communication as well...
Response from The Alloy MarketFeb 20, 2026
Thomas, we really appreciate you pointing that out. The calculator is there to give customers transparency before they even send anything in, so it is great to hear you found it helpful. And we are glad we were able to reevaluate and make sure everything aligned with the estimate. Open communication like that is exactly how it should work. Thank you for the kind words. When you are ready to sell again, you can always reach us at (888) 672-1471. We would be happy to help!

Absolutely wonderful experience
Leslie was my go to person and she was absolutely wonderful. We went over the way pricing worked, what items qualified for purchase and the different options for payment.During the call, we had a great conversion above and beyond the items I was selling which was really nice. I appreciated her help in every way and will request that I work with her in the future. Thanks again so much Leslie. Sue

That human connection matters to us. We will absolutely pass this along to her. When you are ready to sell again, you can always reach us at (888) 672-1471 and request Leslie directly. We would be happy to help!

Company is true to their word
Company is true to their word. The alloy kit arrived quickly, their communication was superb, and I received an offer the same day that they received my my scrap gold. I can't ask for anything else. They are conducting business the way it's supposed to be done.
