The worst travel company. It is a SCAM. RUN
The worst travel company I have ever come across. I have been scammed a very large sum by this company. I called the airline directly and they confirmed the company scammed me. They also stated they have not received any payment from Alexatravels. Honestly I was so upset, it’s the pandemic and they’re still scamming people. The airline advised me never to go through them again as they’ve had multiple complaints against the same company

Our business was solely focused on air ticketing services from the USA to India, and we never operated in or catered to customers in Europe.
