I really love the pen except when I forget to keep it hot to remove the tip. So my dad has to keep buying me new pens (3Doodler create). Once we had it replaced by the 3Doodler company. They were great in exchanging it. It would be great if they can invent one that works so I can take the tip off when cold without breaking the pen. Thanks

My brother, a mechanical engineer, tipped me off to the 3Doodler brand two and a half years ago and now our whole family has been in awe of what you can make. I have and enjoy the Create, but bought the Start pen for my niece last year and she just adores it. Yes, there are cheaper pens on the market, but personally I seek to purchase products that exhibit quality over quantity. 3Doodler definitely fits the bill there.

Great customer service; however, the pen gets stuck easily with PLA plastic, and is not the most kid-friendly.

Something was wrong, with my 3doodler pro - so I got a live chat with them, but they couldn't fix it, so they sent a new one to me, just after I sent the broken one, to one of there repair shop... Excellent service!
