These guys are a joke
These guys are a joke. They start sending me videos like 24 hours before my supposed call but wouldn’t answer some simple questions like what’s the price range what’s your refund or cancellation policy? How long do I get with the coach? What are the coaches qualifications… once you start asking that kind of stuff they get very combative. It’s obvious by the amount of marketing that they put out and this long sales funnel that they have that they don’t know what they’re doing. I’ll tell you what, you walk into a Bugatti dealership. They don’t sit there and try to convince you for a day and a half that you should buy what you already intended to purchase. They just make it easy for you to buy, these guys talk to themselves out of a sale. I was looking to replace my in-home weekly trainer and nutritionist. It’s obvious that they can’t do that. They are a joke and does their system work probably… they just don’t know how to say that and stand behind it. They have to try to used car sales you. I’d run away. Then once we finally did get on the call, the joker says we don’t want to do business with you. You asked too many questions and you’re negative. a piece of work. They seem to be more enamored with their sales process than delivering the product or service that they’re trying to sell. It’s kind of a marketing company at best. They might have results, but not much more than you could get from the public library, their formula isn’t that difficult right? Watch what you eat work out. Get time with a coach. But ask how do I get my money back if it I’ll fluff like your showing me it is and we wouldn’t do business with you. $2400 per month to start about $5-$7 million I sales with $2 million in marketing and they are so uncertain about the claims they get hurt when you ask them to be transparent. Sorry guys you’re trying to hard, you proved your a sales focus company not a health and fitness expert company.

Brett, Want to respond to you directly, because that's how we operate. Our pricing isn't a number we text out, and that's by design. What you pay is built around your goals, your situation, and the level of support you actually need that's the entire point of the call, and it's what keeps you from paying for a plan that doesn't fit you. What we do put in writing, every time and before anyone pays a cent, are our refund and cancellation terms laid out in a very simple agreement. The call is where all of it gets answered in full. Our pre-call messages and emails specifically ask clients not to join while driving or distracted- it's unsafe, it's illegal in most states, and it makes a real conversation impossible. You joined while driving and our staff member let you know that. He then made the honest call that this wasn't the right fit, and our team stayed respectful — and that was met with profanity and swearing at a member of our staff which was completely uncalled for. We hold a simple standard: we treat people with respect, and we expect the same for our team. On that basis, this was never going to be a fit and we're at peace with the decision. We genuinely wish you the best in reaching your goals.
