Best program out there. It’s super simple and easy to follow. The coaches determine your macros and you make your own decisions on what to eat to work within your weekly macros! Not forced to eat a diet plan someone else made for you. Love the coaches here! Great community.

The amount that I have learned in the time I have spent in the program is unbelievable. The video's he puts up on youtube show an incredible success rate. I am 2 mos in and I am having success after succes. Adam and his team is very responsive to DM's and in the group. This was maintained over the holidays as they covered for each other. Their guidance is spot on, they explain and educate very well and they are great at asking clarifying questions and at hold you/ us/ me accountable.
