Hey Arianna, this is Michael, the owner. Don’t worry AT ALL—I’ve already told my team to completely take care of you because it is absolutely ridiculous that the United States Postal Service (USPS) took this long with your package. Unfortunately we are not the United States Postal Service (USPS), so we can’t control what happens to your package after it leaves our office, but we can 1000% make this right for you. Our support email is [email protected], and our phone is 864-777-0420 (we’re open 9 AM - 3 PM)! I’ve already made sure my team is on this, so do not worry at all—we WILL fix this! Please reach out whenever is convenient for you! I’m so sorry for USPS’s screw-up, but we’ve got your back. Thank you for supporting our small team, and small business!
