Our number pool changes continuously as lines are assigned, released, and restocked, so availability can sometimes change quickly. We’ve since added a quantity count that shows how many lines are currently in stock for each service. This gives you a much clearer view of the available inventory before starting a verification and is designed to prevent this kind of experience going forward. Our numbers are real US non-VoIP numbers, but third-party platforms control their own verification rules and those rules can change over time. Acceptance can also depend on other signals the platform sees, including the account, IP address, and browser or session history. Textverified is used successfully by thousands of people each day, but no provider can control every decision made by a third-party platform. If you paid for a verification that didn’t work, our US-based support team can review it and make sure the appropriate credit or refund is handled.
