Great product for small business
Better than previous experiences with texting companies. Only company out of 4 that would reply to my inquiry about learning more about the product. Would like to see more plan options for adding additional text but not additional dashboards. Overall had a great experience with product.

Great so far!
My experience using Text Request has been smooth so far. Sometimes it seems to glitch and show the same conversation twice, but otherwise it has provided exactly what I need for my job.

The texting option has been a great…
The texting option has been a great addition to our business but we do get a lot of spam texts and there is no way to stop them.

I absolutely love text request but the…
I absolutely love text request but the only negative thing I can say is if you don't use all of the text you pay for monthly they do not roll over for the next month, but the minute you go over you are charged a LOT.
