Customer service is off the charts
Customer service is off the charts, the company really is there to help. They help with any questions you have and work through any issues in real time, I would definitely recommend text request if you are looking for a new software!

TextRequest has been a game changer for us
We are a real estate brokerage of almost 500 agents. Communication with them on the fly was daunting and spotty at best. TextRequest changed everything for us. Agents live by their mobile devices and emails were just getting lost in the shuffle. We can now send out reminder texts for training with short links, reminders of events and most of all, last minute changes within the company. We could not run our business without them!

Easy to set up and use
I don’t recall. The product works and was easy to set up. I am not sure what to say. Text Request is a tool. I feel like I am reviewing a tool. So I have never written a review about a hammer or a screwdriver. I guess I could. I will give it some thought.
