The overall set up process was smooth. I do wish that in there would have been a little more communication with the Payrix process. Just maybe letting us know about the hold on funds for 5-7 business days. Other than that I have been impressed!

we need an ease or way to delete a message not the contact. sometimes we want to delete bank info, credit card or other sensitive materials

The customer service reps made the process of switching over from ZipWhip to Text Request a breeze! The "chat help" responds very quickly, and the online trainings are very helpful also. We especially love the template feature and the groups option. This service is pricier than what we're used to paying for a texting service, but it's been a pretty smooth transition, and is quite user-friendly. I recommend this texting service.

I was able to reach my client faster. However just like any phone system there are rare tech issues

The software is easy to use

The service does what it represents, although more options would help. Customer service/tech support was prompt in responding to issues. I will continue to use the service for my business.
