I was texting with my landline through Twilio using a third party front end. However, with 10DLC, I wasn't able to get my number registered through Twilio. I submitted my request 3 time with Twilio and I was rejected everytime. I couldn't afford to wait any longer so I opened an account with Text Request and ported my landline number over. Text Request had my campaign and number registered in less than 2 days. Now I'm back online texting with my customers. Also, my staff is happier with the interface compared to what I was using before.

We've used various text messaging tools in the past, but they were not as user-friendly as Text Request. Text Request's user interfaces are incredibly intuitive and easy to manage. So far, the experience has been awesome.

Text Request has saved me so much time in my workday answering FAQs with features like scheduled messages, templates, tec. It is so easy to navigate and learn to utilize!
