Easy to navigate
Easy to navigate. Did a similar text program before that had issues. Very easy to filter customers. Great customer service.

Customer Service!
Our branch just started using Text request less than a month ago and I was having technical issues and could not resolve them on my own. My support rep helped resolve issues asap and communicated with me the entire time (even followed up after it was resolved). I highly recommend them!

Coming from being a Zip Whip customer
Coming from being a Zip Whip customer, Text request is not user friendly. It is a lot more steps and we have been having issues with it since we started with it last week. Group messages are a little difficult to put together. The only thing that was easy was transferring the info right from zip whip to text request.
