During “training” I said I may give this A miss as I have seen reviews you don’t pay people, and she replied ok give me your email to remove you. I said you not Gonna deny it ? And she replied “ I am not here to convince people. If that is your decision, so be it. :)” RUDEEEE and red flags hahaha stay away

On my 4th day, I was about to reach the 20 euro bonus then end up losing my account for unknown reason. My coach was helpful enough to help me and turns out my account was deactivated because of using vpn. I don’t even use and have vpn. Support is very useless, no reply from them after sending a couple of messages.

This company has only 3 email addresses finance support jobs and whoever mans these emails couldn’t care less about the chat operators. I received my first paycheck and that made me think it’s legit, but haven’t received any others since then. I’ve send countless emails and to this minute still haven’t received any feedback or my money. Now lucky for me, I decided to take some screenshots of email addresses and contact numbers which were send to me on pictures. My gut told me to do it, just in case. The men who have paid and continues to pay hundred and thousands of dollars with the hopes of meeting “US” are being misled. I am emailing them and I’ll gladly share these email addresses with anyone who’s interested, to corroborate the truth which I’m about to expose. Leave message if you want me to share more details with you, then we can shut TextingFactory down and get these desperate, lonely, but not stupid men to expose this company and sue them! I’ve warned them that I will do this, but they clearly thought I was bluffing! Now we’ll see who has what to lose.

I signed up for this "job" three days ago. It was "too quick." Immediately, I received an email with instructions to go on Skype an add a "Training Coach" to my contacts and ask him to schedule a training. The next day I got a response from the coach, which was pretty much a pre-generated sample text. "He" asked for information to verify my registration. The thing where they got me was when the coach told me he would need to see me holding my ID card on webcam. I'm pretty sure this is a scam and fraud. There's no contract to sign (therefore, nothing guarantees they will pay), their whole homepage is a single page website, they don't share any information about themselves, no VAT number, no anything. This is not a company you would want to put any of your details in! The company Texting Factory doesn't even exist. Don't waste your time with this! If you don't believe me, see it for yourself or read other reviews!

I started Aug.31,2020 and up until now, I didn't received my pay. I've been sending an email to finance but got no reply. I'm so frustrated with this company. So disgusting!

NO PAY I was happy when I got the job, 3 weeks down the line no pay, tried reaching out to the coaches, finance ,support system got no replay, seems as though no matter how many emails you write no one ever bothers to respond, in the end I got frustrated and stopped typing fourth week now and still NO PAY and NO RESPONSE, why put in support if they can't support employees in the first place?
