Mixed feelings about this company but it's not a scam I got through the training which is quite tough even for a seasoned operator like me and for 3 weeks I managed to write messages without any interference from admin. Then suddenly my account was deactivated. I enquired as to why through their feedback people and was told I had initiated a meet which I didn't really agree with as I had not set up a meet or named a venue or time. It seemed weird when the system throws out messages which ask the men if they want to meet that night just to get them hooked and then we get pulled up for something far less provocative. The money is low but I don't actually worry about that as it is more of a hobby for me. If I am advising people I would tell them they do pay if you make 25 euros a week (if not you let it roll over) but for a novice this work would be challenging and there are easier sites out there. I'm glad I tried it but it's not the best. I wrote a polite message back apologising and said I respected their decision but I assumed it was final and have now applied to go back to a previous site I worked on. They always said they would take me back. Sorry guys only 2 star from me.

Which other texting company can one apply for. I need one that works in Africa. Thanks for the feedback

They just randomly deactivated my account after another agent sent a message that was against the rules! Then they just said that their decision is final. Also, they will just randomly introduce new rules from out of nowhere and claim that you have somehow broken them. DO NOT MAKE TIS YOUR MAIN SOURCE OF INCOME. If possible, stay clear of working for them in general.

I worked for this company for almost three years. First as a chat operator then eventually moved to other departments. Let me first say, this isn't a scam. I'm not in the USA, and I got regular weekly payouts. Save for a few calculating errors that needed to be corrected here and there, I always got paid. The exchange rate was great and I was able to use my Bitsafe card locally. In the beginning and throughout the pandemic, there was always work. As a chat operator, you work as much or as little as you can for a 7-12 euro cent rate per message. In all other departments, there is a 7 day a week commitment. They may pay more (20 cents to 2 euro depending on the task), but a lot was required. That's where my issue with TF begins. This should never be a full-time job for anyone. Not just because of the 7 day week requirement, but because this company is unreliable and does not care for its workers at any level. The more you were promoted, the less job security. There is no base rate, so you get paid for work put in. As an operator, I put in 10 hours a day 6 days a week just to make the 300 euro payout. That's 10 hours of doing literally nothing else. But I needed the money so I did it. The other departments pay more and you may spend less time, but they limited your workload. You would be lucky to make half that 300 when there were others buddying up to the power-drunk supervisors (not all but most), or splitting the workload behind the scenes (a fireable offense) making much much more because they were given more work. All these things were manageable to some degree (i.e. keeping to yourself, staying out of the crazy work drama, and budgeting your time) but then they pulled the rug from underneath us with no remorse. One team was downsized by 50% overnight when their new system was introduced. This was done with no warning. If you weren't lucky enough to hear the whispers in the wind you felt it most. THIS is why I would not recommend anyone making this their full-time job. But be careful. They demand so much it's easy to fall into that trap. I say this as one of the few saved in the cuts. Many of us eventually left because we were forced to find other ways to make up for the drastic loss of income. Imagine getting 1/5 of what you used to depend on and being expected to love it. Having to compete for bonuses instead of making a decent wage for the time you put in. Having your work micromanaged and scrutinized so you end up doing the same task 2-3 times for the same rate. No set guidelines, just vibes. You are not an employee, you are a number. And you are only as good as yesterday's results. For some, this is a great work environment. I've seen plenty of my old coworkers leaving rave reviews (mostly incentivized I'm sure). For me, it eventually became mental and emotional torture. I gave this company as much as I could and got little in return. I'm grateful for what it did bring, but in the end, I had to leave for my own sanity. I have so many personal horror stories from this company. I hear there are plenty of other companies like this with better ethics. But from what I've been told, textingfactory's reach is so broad, with so many different company names, I am hesitant to try elsewhere. I'm looking forward to a new position I can actually put on a resume. Good luck, and I hope this helps someone.

Support and Finance are USLESS! What is the point of having a support department if NO ONE EVER ANSWERS! What is the point of having a finance department if NO ONE EVER ANSWERS! Sure I get paid but when I need help from the relevant departments THERE IS NO HELP! Sure I message my coach for help but there is only so much my coach can do who is very patient with me. I’m told I will get a reply in 24-48 hours. It’s been 3 WEEKS! Thats 504 HOURS! Hire more or new staff if your staff can’t handle the work load! How does a business operate like this?

Giving them 2 stars ever since they moved to Bitsafe. I stopped logging in for 2 weeks already. I thought my account will be deactivated after 1 day of no chat replies, but guess what, my account is still active. I just didn't like the transition to bitsafe, I tried making a bitsafe account but had issues so I stopped trying and stopped messaging also. I never had problems with Payoneer, even the transfer to my bank account was free (maybe because of COVID-19) but good luck guys with getting paid.

I haven't received my salary and I don't know what happened. I can still log in using my account but the coaches and support just refer me to finance. This is the first time that I have my salary delayed and I've been working hard for it. From Payoneer to Bitsafe like c'mon where's our pay? I would like to know what happened to it? I have been waiting since yesterday morning! ***Can't add another review but has anyone got their pay? I've got nothing from the finance department. Where's our salary? No email and no notice from Textingfactory! _______________________ Thank you for letting us know Carmein and I haven't got any response from the Finance team. I messaged them regarding the verification part and they won't accept my only ID which is my Voter's ID which was 7 days ago. They said that it will start at the beginning of May payout but started at the end of April. I still can't see any verification because they won't accept my only ID. I guess they should have informed it clearly that at the end of April payout but not starting the May payout which is going to be on the 7th of May. I appreciate your effort Carmein. I hope you can get your salary and God Bless :)
