Completed Training & Certificate But Rejected Without ReasonI completed the full application process including the Knowledge Check and certificate. I was invited to LiveTraining and showed up on time. During training, I was told they decided not to move forward due to "internal considerations" and that no further details could be provided. What went wrong? It’s frustrating to complete all steps, including a certificate, only to be rejected during training with no feedback. It wastes applicants' time and money on data/airtime. How to improve? Please be transparent about hiring numbers upfront, or give applicants feedback so we can improve. Also consider only inviting the number of people you actually plan to hire.

They are scammers. I completed the ID verification and finished the required training, but afterwards I received a message saying they would not continue with my application. They wasted my time and collected my personal information through the verification process. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this company.

So let me get this straight, I completed the assessment, went through the ID verification process, spent 4 hours completing the training, passed it, and was literally about to start working, only to receive a message from support telling me that my application has been discontinued. That’s absolutely ridiculous. What was the point of having me invest all that time and effort if the decision had already been made? This feels like a complete waste of my time and is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Update: I contacted support and was advised that the reasoning is due to suspicious activity and unauthorized log ins into my account which makes zero sense due to the fact I haven’t even started working with them as yet all I did was the training with slideshows and that was it so what are they talking about ?

I don't know how to start cause I'm very angry, I adhered to their training wasting my time, then I even went out of my way to not sleep at midnight to take 3 messages, I asked for them to assist me ,they kept closing tabs to a point they failed me and said my grammar is wrong , then the trainer was very rude to me, after that they sending cloud workers my information to try block Me from getting jobs anywhere knowing no one properly trained me in terms of live training on the software it's human to make mistakes for the first attempt but for them to block me to get other jobs, that's bad . Not even training me well. I'm so upset...cause I really took them seriously for the job. Grielle doesnt train properly , I sacrificed my sleep for nothing to get help and to learn about the site more better, you can't expect to be 100% right on the first attempt. I'm very angry. Thank you.

This is a total Scam, believe me, guys! Just after working with them for 2 weeks and my rating being 8.8, this message comes: "As part of our routine account audits, we have observed activities that require us to close your account in accordance with our internal policies. This decision is final and cannot be reversed." Not even a single warning, no highlighting the mistake you made, just an unprofessional and silly message like this to kick you out! Please don't try this thing, guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I applied and had to reach out for them to view the application then, did the test... I had to contacted them to view the results... no answer for weeks... no posted job, no communication after weeks if completing requirements.

The applying processe lasts for months and they do not follow on it correctly. the emails are sent randomly and there is no possibility to reply or to talk to the same person. I am very dissappointed by this company , it is totally unprofessional, I don't even undertand how they survive.

I applied for a chat operator role with Texting Factory and received a full welcome message and joining the team from “Megan Ford in the HR Department” saying I’d been accepted and would proceed to training after verifying my email. The verification link had expired, so I contacted support. They replied from a completely different address, claiming they had resent the link — but they hadn’t. No link was included. I emailed again politely, asking for the link so I could continue my application. I then received a passive-aggressive message telling me that sending multiple emails will “delay the process” and that I am “not yet scheduled for training” — directly contradicting the original email welcoming me to the team. Not once did they acknowledge the missing verification link. Not once did they correct the issue. Not once did they read what I actually said. This experience was unprofessional, misleading, and emotionally harmful. Many applicants are vulnerable, financially struggling, and relying on honest opportunities — this behaviour is unacceptable. Steer clear. There are far better, legitimate companies to work for.
