I have sent two emails to their finance department because I was supposed to get my two week's worth of pay but I did not get any responses. They keep bugging you off. Now, I have some retaliatory tactics in mind. I would have not wasted my time with them.

Horrible experience do not sign up with them. They deactivaed the accounts and all you will get from them is that "HQ made the decision final" it is a crappy system and as they say in my country it is ran like a patty shop. There is a high chance that Identity Theft will be the precursor to this endeavor and so I will say stay away.

Look if you see this review just make a uturn and apply to CloudWorker’s or any other legit chat based job. Texting factory is a huge scam. I can prove it as well as I am an agent and I haven’t gotten paid. And you won’t get paid either. They probably just collect our information and sell it in the black market or something. Anyway just don’t waste your time. There’s other legit jobs there.

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A SCAM! THEY DO NOT PAY YOU!! I worked for this company for under a week. I did the hour plus long training & got hired. I then sent over hundred messages for them & then they deactivated my account because of a simple “mistake” which was decided by an automatic algorithm. I contacted my coach who “trained” me, who then reassured me that my account would be reopened. After a week of me messaging & being ignored I messaged their support team who then told me my account had been deactivated & that was their final decision. No email or message to tell me, until I messaged them. I have now realised the payments I earned & they had emailed me to notify me I had earned, I have no way of cashing as they haven’t paid them into the Bitsafe account they made me open. No one should work for this company as they are a complete scam!!

This is the worst, most despicable company on planet Earth. The pay is abysmal, they deactivate your account without notice, support is basically non-existent, and they flood your email with some bloody nonsense. Not worth it, don't waste your time and search for something better out there.

At first, when I saw their website it seemed a really easy job, so I applied and then when I got their welcome email, it was mentioned that the messages would be of erotic nature, something that I didn't like so I never got to the training stage. I believe they use people as I have read on most reviews here and it is probably a scam people :/
