The textbook came in really good conditions. They also offer to rent or buy the book. However, it took so long to arrive to my home. Then, you want to buy a book definitely you have to buy the book with two week or more of anticipation.

It is super easy to use. Customer service is really helpful. The only thing is i wish they had more selection for supplies. But even what they have, i can make do.

It was quick & easy to get ebooks & price was great! The only downside is the only way to get the book is via website & it doesn’t work on my tablet (Amazon Fire) unless I am on WiFi!

I have been ordering my books for school online as well as my lab equipment for my program through here. I prefer to use e-books and all purchases have been flawless regarding the e-book orders and the prices are more reasonable compared to some of the physical copies. Plus, I do not need to worry about carrying around five, ten-pound textbooks when they're in e-book format. My only issue is my last order for my lab equipment was severely back-ordered even though I had ordered it well in advance of the semester. I was never fully explained what the issue was, simply that it was severely back-ordered. Many of my classmates had the same issue. We did all receive our lab equipment and nothing was missing when I received mine. However, I didn't receive it until a ways into the semester having already started, which was frustrating. Otherwise, all of my experiences have been good.

TextbookX has always been very helpful in helping me find the books I need. They are also pretty good about giving prices from different places. I have always received my books on time, sometimes even early and the books are always in good condition.

I believe the books are at a decent price but could be better. Ebooks are really confusing because I assumed I was purchasing an eBook but it came out as a summary for every chapter.

Textbookx.com is extremely convenient when it comes to finding books for my courses. The website organizes the books other materials I need for each class into categories and lets me know where I can buy them. The website gives options of varying quality as well to provide a range of prices on certain items.

I had no problem ordering my books. However, I would've liked to see price comparisons from some more "mainstream" sellers like Amazon.-Ciara K.
