I had a great experience at the Valencia College Bookstore. I actually bought the wrong item initially but was able to quickly and efficiently and without much hassle cancel and repurchased what I actually needed without delay. I appreciated the ease of being able to rectify a problem when I ran into one. I think that also makes the shopping experience good as well.
