I ordered the books needed for my semester and they came in great condition and on time. The only issue I had was that after the instructors changed it wasn't as easy for me to resell my books and no refund was available. In the end I got stuck with books I didn't need. I do like that I received reminders to send my book back and that the process to do so with the rental was easy.

Good Timing Bad Description! The books were delivered on time but I had an issue b/c the description said there was a Cengage access ID coming with the bundle I ordered. I only got a physical book. I contacted then about the description issue, they said I would need to by Cengage separately b/c it doesn't come with the purchase. My purchase was for the book only EVER THOUGH, it said Cengage bundle package. There was no bundle.

Overall there are cheap book options which is nice. However, orders have a tendency to run late or get cancelled. Better than college bookstore costs!

Large selection of college textbooks for a decent price. The customer service was horrid and had hard experiences getting in contact and talking with a person directly about returns.

Website is easy to use, but books are typically more expensive than on Amazon or other sites.
