This book store got my books to me in adequate time but they were higher than amazon and other book stores on most books.

The website is easy to use, and it's very convenient that my class schedule links to it so all of the books that I need are in one place. However, I usually just use the website to see what books I need, then order them through other places with cheaper prices and faster shipping. The books appear to be cheap on the site, but then shipping is very expensive and slow, so the books' total price ends up being cheaper elsewhere.

I used the online books for my classes this quarter and it left me wanting. There are many tools to help you navigate, table of contents, bookmarks, etc., but it seemed cumbersome. When taking a test, it was very slow to "thumb" through the pages to find the answers. It is a huge benefit as far as price is concerned but it could use a little more for navigation purposes.

I believe the bookstore is a great resource for OU students. However, textbooks are way overpriced. I spent $100 on a book for English that my professor said we needed, but yet we never use it. After discovering that I would not need the book, the Bookstore would not let me return it.

I think the services are good. We need an option to pick up text at the school as well.

It's a pretty good book store. The only problem I had was that my books came in a few weeks late.

My experience with this website has been rather poor. The language about getting free shipping on orders over $49 implies that this applies to all orders when in reality it only applies to the few items TextbookX has in its own warehouse, leaving out all the "marketplace" items that are cheap enough to get a real bargain on but have excesslve shipping costs. TextbookX is also very unreliable. As a college student, I and many of my peers have endured long waits to receive books we need for class and received incorrect editions for textbooks we have paid for, and often books' shipping gets canceled and our money refunded after we have been expecting those books for several weeks. In one particular instance, a classmate of mine paid for a paper copy of a textbook and after waiting a long time for the book, received a notification that the website was out of stock and gave him an ebook instead. I will not use this website again and recommend that no one else use it either. After reading Textbookx's reply to my review, I realized that I misunderstood that my classmate who received the ebook was given the option to have the ebook, but he still was not notified properly as I was not with my book's cancellation. Textbookx is working on the issue with my book as well as the misleading language about free shipping. I am very satisfied with their reply, and I recommend that anyone who experiences the issues I have should contact the company.
