The books were in good condition and had little to none damage on them. They were an extremely affordable price which is what I was looking for. This was a very resourceful website for buying books. Will use again.

I'm an incoming graduate student at The College of St. Scholastica, and they use this service as a means for students to purchase textbooks. I've never used an online bookstore before, so this experience was new for me. I was actually really surprised at how convenient this service is. Generally, I'm used to searching manually for each of my classes' textbooks, which can be time consuming and frustrating if a person doesn't have each classes' course numbers memorized. TextbookX is awesome because I was able to log into the service via my school credentials, which allowed me to see all the classes I was registered for. I could then see each classes' required materials, which further allowed me to choose from different options such as ebook, rental, and marketplace. I literally bought all my textbooks for the semester in less than 5 minutes, a task that could potentially take me days in during my undergrad at another institution. I no longer have to spend days trying to find my books on other websites or platforms, because TextbookX automatically shows me the cheapest options. As for the classes that haven't listed the reading materials yet, no problem. I was able to sign up for a notification of when those courses posted the required materials. My only critique is the shipping. While I was able to get great prices on my books, I was charged an outrageous shipping fee of $30+ on my order of over $100, simply because the materials were coming from different vendors. I feel like there should be a discount, or something put in place because the shipping fees are kind of ridiculous, which makes the feeling of a great deal a little less satisfying upon checking out.

Relatively easy to find the texts I needed at a lower price. The greatest downfall is the shipping time frame from outside vendors.

I've always had a jump start on purchasing my books for class. I've also had to opportunity to get the cheapest price available on sent right to my home!!

I have had a good experience with this site. They make it easy to find the books that you need for your classes that, for the most part, are the cheapest you can find. The books I have gotten are in good condition! I will continue to buy my books through this site!

Have had good luck with them. Prices seem competitive when looking at Amazon and found cheaper through the Marketplace links included. Haven't had to buy a lot of books for classes because they're all online and use a lot of online resources instead. Never had a problem with the service though!

Good service. Similar to the old bookstore website, easy to navigate and make sure I have the correct book.

The online bookstore helped me find the right prices on all of my textbooks with ease! I felt comfortable knowing I couldn't find a lower price anywhere else and knew that my books would be in good condition. My only complaint would be the shipping costs or length of time some of the books took to arrive.
