I found a very good deal on a couple of books I needed for my accounting class & placed an order. Two days later, I get an email from them saying the books are not in stock. (their email: Status: ***CANCELED*** ...AND REMOVED FROM BILL) I had to order books from elsewhere & now I am a couple of days delayed in getting them for my class. I blocked the website on my browser so that it never takes me there. Advise - Improve your standards, then Improve your prices. (coming from a long time business owner)

On 9/3 i purchased a book from this website, a day after my order was canceled. Until this day my money has not appeared back on my debit card that I used to purchase this item. I already tried to contact via email and I have not gotten a respond back. I need to purchase the book from a different source, so I need this money to be put back on my account as soon as possible. They dont have a costumer service number which is a little odd, i would not purchase a book from here after this

They knowingly lie to and mislead customers,

Order page pictured hardback edition. Description explained hardback edition. Textbook15 marketplace seller mailed me an international edition and charged me the higher hardback price. Scam! Hope it is compatible with my class which starts soon.

I ordered a book and I have YET to receive it and it has been 7 days, when I was guaranteed 3 day priority mail. I told them if I do not receive my book in 3 days, I want a refund and that I will be reporting them for fraudulent activity. My package hasn't moved from the "Pre Shipment Info was sent to USPS" since August 19th! I emailed TextbookX and the seller today and I waiting on a response from both. I will never, ever, ever use their services again.

I dont recommend them . I ordered a book from them and I haven't receive it .

I sold a book and paid money out of my pocket because with USPS, the seller has to pay for postage. They say UPS is prepaid, but nowhere can you find a label to print. I promptly packaged and mailed the book to the seller as soon as I was notified that the book sold. Now, I will not get my payment until 3 weeks after I shipped the book.. Something is fishy about this. I spent money of mine out of pocket to ship the book, the buyer gave money to them, and I am out of a book and money because they send money out to sellers only2 times a month. SHADY SHADY practice. SHADY

After 4 days for ordering the book, this email sent it to me: [Please do not reply to this Automated Email] TEXTBOOKX.COM regrets to inform you that your order 2303769 has been CANCELED and will not be shipped to you. Marketplace items are canceled or confirmed by the individual sellers. Retail items are canceled due to a shortage of stock in our warehouse. Please be assured that you will not be billed for this order. We apologize for the inconvenience. Do you know when was the school start? Time is importand for the student come in the class without a books. You should let the buyer soon as possible instead of few days later. How could you charge the customer without delievery? My advise for you is "be more professional seller"
