Customer service horrible
Customer service horrible! Can't use your points on shipping if cigars on sale! Not much of a sale if your cheapest shipping is 8.99.Shop elsewhere where they care about you as a customer!

No Return Call, No return Email
I was told a product was $xx with free shipping at Google shopping and went to buy it and they were charging me at least $6 shipping on top of the price quoted. I called the cust serv line and left a specific message as to the issue and left a return number. 24hrs later no call. I sent an email with all of the detail after getting voicemail and no return email. Its been over 24hrs in the middle of the week.

Best in the Biz
Tex Cigars is the best in the business at what they do! They have excellent customer service that hooks me up PHAT every time I order! I love Camille. She has extensive knowledge of cigars and hasn't steered me wrong yet. Delivery is quick and they always under promise and over deliver!! I'll never buy from anyone else. --Rhett
