My son and I have been calling for two days and all calls go to voice mail. Since you told me you were a family business and your daughter helped you, I pray all is OK with the family. I have to admit, we are somewhat frustrated with the lack of ANY response to email, contact via website or voice mails Have a great day Charlotte On Aug 7, 2025, at 9:48 AM, Charlotte Mitchell Ryan, please see below, plus I have sent you an additional communication through your website. Today is his 5th birthday and he was very excited to get his gift that was from your company. You and your daughter may remember the absent minded grandmother who was panicked that she mess up the order and it was being sent to California instead of Georgia. You and your daughter were wonderful in correcting my mistake and you even added a birthday card to Mason. Well his birthday arrived and he has been enjoying his gift until………the main boom on the excavator stopped working after 15 minutes….. My son is Dave and I am providing his contact information, so you can contact him for more details.
