Disappointing grinder tops
I love the product inside the grinders but am very disappointed by the new grinder top. It creates a fine grind, and that’s not what I want from gourmet smoked pepper!
Response from Texas Salt Co.Sep 2, 2025
Howdy, we are happy to hear you like our smoked pepper. On the grinder cap you can pull the top piece up from the bottom and it will give you a coarse grind. We moved to these grinder caps because they fir our jars better and offer two different grind settings, fine and coarse. Feel free to reach out if you have any other issues. [email protected]

Salt container was difficult to open-no perforated line. Had to use a knife. TxSalt sent complementary salt sampler for packaging mishap. Great salt and fantastic customer service!

We apologize greatly for what happened. One of our new guys missed a step. We will be sending you out a complimentary sampler set for the mix up.

Thank your for your review, we are glad you enjoy our product. Our pricing is based on the outlay and time. Our process is like no other affording us the opportunity to create amazing varietals. We employ locally and everything is done by humans not machines that reduce the workforce.
