Thank you for the note. The 1/2 lb Himalayan salt with grater is packed as whole rocks from the same Himalayan mine, not compressed fine salt. Color varies in that mine, so each bag is filled with pink and white rocks to reach at least half a pound, which is what the product page says. If the pieces you received did not look like rocks, or the weight was short, that is not what we intend to ship. Reply to the order email or contact us at the address on your receipt with your order number and a photo of what arrived, and we will replace the bag or refund it.

Thank you for your feedback. We received your 1-star review this morning, and as a small business, we deeply value our customers’ opinions, as they reflect our commitment to exceptional service. To clarify, your order included our Charcoal Salt (100% smoked salt) and Smoked Salt Sampler Set (pure salt varieties). Our products are crafted without additives or chemicals, which may result in a purer, saltier taste compared to chemically processed alternatives you might be familiar with.

Sorry for any confusion. The picture you are referencing shows both available options for purchase. You selected the cork top which is the smaller size. The peach smoked salt is smoked over, hard to find, peach wood chips and is smoked for an entire week, 7 days. We charge accordinly to the amount of time and work that goes into each salt that we make ourselves. Please email us at [email protected] and we will refund your entire purchase.
