Worst Texas road house ever

Worst Texas Roadhouse Restaurant I have dined in. Waitress was only there to take my order and never came back except for dropping off the check but was willing to service others well. She is a r. The manager was also unfriendly and a r. Apparently, this location only hires r's.

I ordered a black Russian. It was the worst drink I ever received. Told the waiter about it. Nothing was done. Manager never even came to our table to see what the problem was or try to fix it. Absolutely horrible Also ordered a steak medium. Well, it came back bloody. The most terrible experience I've ever had going out for dinner. I'll never go there again. My family took my mother to the Texas Roadhouse in Lexington, Ky on Lake Crest dr. Food was ok, nothing exciting. Service was good. Paid my bill. Two days later I see where the server gave herself more money on the tip than what I left. I felt it was an honest mistake and contacted the restaurant. Spoke to Noah, the manager, who assured me he would take care of it. This was on April the 3rd or 4th. He text me on April the 5th and told me it was taken care of and I should see my refund within 3 to 5 business days. That never happened and every time I reach out to Noah he said he would take care of it and get back with me. Finally I decided to contact corporate myself and they had no records of anything. Noah text me after not responding to my phone calls or texts and said he was going to take care of. I told him that I've already contacted corporate and that I thought it was ridiculous that it was taking this long to get resolved. Noah then stated not to contacted him anymore. If you are the manager and you say you are going to get something resolved and follow back up with the customer, then do it. It is going on a month now. I will not be going back to Texas Roadhouse and Noah needs some training on how to talk to customers and actually following up on what he said he was going to do.

I ordered a 11 oz sirloin cooked medium and it came overcooked and very chewy. My wife's was the same. Worst steak I ever had there. I could hardly chew it. Won't go back for a while.

we went there for the first time . the server was great but food was the worst we ever had They opened at 4 pm we got there at 5 pm and order prime rib it came out cold and it was chucks about 2 inch thick and went to 1/4 inch thick we ask for new ones and was told they had no more prime rib this was only 1 hour after opening I will never go back. Springhill, TN. Texas Roadhouse… served by Cynthia and unsure of manager, he ran off after I tried explaining the problem. The rolls were great! There was 3 servers unsure if they served strawberry daiquiris… we had to go her to check cause her answer was unsure … I asked if they had whip queen… she reassured us they had… then serves without and says they don’t have any then says let me go get some from the back… and brings it out. Then I ordered an all American burger and said specifically,” well done, not burnt but not pink” she brings me a charcoal burger and I asked what this was and she says… unfortunately when you ask well done this is how they come out. Then I asked for manager and I told him the situation and he says, I’m sorry we are slammed in the back and runs off. So I didn’t get to eat but a few fries!
