Worst experience ever. I always go to this texas roadhouse in hodgkins,Illinois I asked for my steak well done When the food arrived I cut into the steak it was super dry and super undercooked. Waited a few minutes to see if my server would come over, but no. About 10 minutes passed, still waiting. So I cut some more into the steak. I could just eat the sides. So technically I couldn't eat it. I had to ask a different server for extra butter and sour cream. Later on different server for a refill. I also asked for my server. Never came around. Finally he came and asked if everything a as ok I said no. He said he would get the manager. Manager never came to the table. Finally after 20 more minutes server came I told him no manager came. He comes back and tells me manager is to busy. Comes back and says manager is too busy and they applied a 20% off the bill. Proceeds to tell me I should of said something when I got my meal. I tell him I waited you never came to check on me. I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant. I am not sure if I will be back.

My waiter Mike Weiss smelled horrific; it appeared he hadn't taken a shower in days. Doesn't the company have standards? My family and I looked him up, as well, it turns out he has had had several restraining orders placed on him by local women. He has NO respect for female customers or their families. Again, does this company have any hiring standards? I would NEVER sit my family and I in this persons section period!

Placed take out order 80.00 get home meals looked like 4 mini meals . String bean barely half full , potato not even half full. Chicken funky looking and chewy and steak raw and blooming onion was sopped in grease looked like left overs from someone’s table . This is the second time this happened finished . Don’t order out you get ripped off. Very disappointed

I’d give a zero stars but guess that’s not an option. I have always loved Texas Roadhouse, but my opinion has changed. I was there today and spent $100. For 2 kids meals and 3 adults. My 6 ounce Dallas filet was a flat piece of overcooked meat. Not sure it was steak. I asked for it to be medium rare! There was no pink in it at all. And very tough! My son in law had a sirloin and it was to grisly for him to chew so needless to say my dog will be eating very well! For at least $50 worth of steak! My daughter was very happy with hers good cut sirloin and cooked medium rare, it had pink inside!

Sarah the bartender not very nice plus sat at the bar for 5min until the nice female manager helped me. Sarah didn't say 2 words to me until I asked for check. Unfriendly bartender will kill business

Spent 84.00 at Bensalem location on take out . Get all the way home to see mac and cheese missing from order. Alot of money on dinner For something to be missing. Portions are extremely small. Very unhappy

Undersized and over cooked steak. Two trips the same thing. Last night I ordered a 12 oz. ribeye, medium rare. After a very long wait, A well done, very thin piece of meat was served. At most it was 5/16" thick and cooked all the way through. The waitress, Mary offered to take it back, but after waiting so long and my 3 companions served, I did decide to keep it. I've had beef jerky that was thicker! No way in hell was this 12 oz. My 3 companions ordered salads. Two out of the three were okay. The 3rd salad had to be sent back as it was not as ordered. The manager offered an $8 discount on an $80 total bill. Two times this restaurant di basically the same thing. On a trip before last night the wait was so long that one of my companions sent back his entire meal because he had lost his appetite after such a long wait. My steak on that trip was undersized and overcooked. I don't know how this place has remained in business. I'll never return and my 6 companions from both trips will never return. Check the various ratings sites on the internet.

Why does Texas Road House require servers to do the line dancing. Many customers would like to have a quiet dining experience without the loud music and clapping by the servers. Maybe paying more attention to providing orders in a more timely manner would be beneficial.
