F YALL. I had a planned gender reveal party of 16 a week before. I was told it could be scheduled at 7pm long as we call an hour before same day. I called an hour before once at 5:45, they told me call back at 6 to confirm the table and i would be good to go. I call back at 6pm just to be transferred to be told last minute my table would not be ready unit 9pm or later. This is unprofessional, and crazy yall wait an hour before to tell me my reservations that were pre scheduled will not happen until 2 or more hours later. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Stopped going to viera texas roadhouse about 2 yrs ago because of bad service and raw steak, was offered a $40.00 coupon--threw it in garbage MY wife wanted to give them a try again saying maybe they're better now.Went there on thurs 2/13/25 only to be disappointed again,wifes food was good,my 20oz bone in ribeye was the worst steak i have ever had anywhere (terrible cut of meat for $31.95) came to the table raw(asked for rare to medium rare,steak came raw-sent back,came back pretty much the same, Then the manager helped me pay for it with a card and i told her i gives tips in cash,when i got the receipt it had the tip in the bill causing me to ask the server for my cash tip back. I can most definetly say that was the last time for texas roadhouse,anyone who asks about this place will be told the truth.

We went eat at the Houma Texas road house the greater was rude when we walked in we wanted a booth they said no we had to sit at the full service bar we don’t drink so we asked for a table no one was on the booths or the tables we could of picked where we wanted to sit they didn’t not allow that so they picked a table rite in the middle of the room with enough for 6 people to sit so we told them we wanted the table in against the wall with 4 people seating a lot more comfortable than the middle of the room but we would of rather sit at a booth all the food we ordered was cold except for the fried tenders the mashed potatoes the chili and the baked potatoes was so cold it would not melt the cheese it was sad to pay 50 + dollers for cold food and it was chicken I hate to see what the bill would of been if we would of ordered anything else we will never eat at y’all restaurant again it our server was great but again I will never eat at Texas road house and don’t recommend it to no one y’all resturant is no good

Never have we been disappointed at any of the Texas Roadhouse dining experiences TILL yesterday. Meal was almost 100.00 Left disappointed and hungry. Had we stopped at rolls and salad, it would have been great. Husbands shrimp was awful. My and sister in laws chickenn tenders had a taste we could not recognize and it was not a pleasant taste. Sons steak kbobs were tough and nearly raw. Other tables around us were having same or similar issues. Something bad must have been going on in kitchen. Cook must have stayed at home. This is our mormal go-to place to eat when we come in to town. Waiter was great, Garrett.

We have patronize Texas Roadhouse for years! But we were there January 16,2025 I ordered 8 oz. Sirloin steak it was horrible no favor at all I never get Sirloin but the person next to me had ordered it and looked great but. Then I returned it for a ribeye and it was tuff tender around the ledge by the time it came out I had already ate potatoes and salad. I had always thought it was better than Ruth Chris steak house but not anymore. So sad to see that Texas Roadhouse has gone downhill. For years they were our favorite restaurant...we would eat there 2-4 times a month. Texas Roadhouse Restaurants have always been fairly consistent and we have eaten at several in six different states but the last two experiences (different locations) were bad. The first time, it took forever for our food to come out...about 1/2 hour, the rolls were not good at all....they were slightly burned, and my husband said his meal....the same one he always orders (country fried chicken) was overcooked. We recently ate at Texas Roadhouse again - another location and the rolls once again were slightly burned - they did not taste good and my steak was tough and hard to chew. I had send in a complaint to Texas Roadhouse twice and no one responded either time. If there is no care or concern at the corporate level, I now see why there is no care or concern at the restaurant level. I don't know if Texas Roadhouse is having problems because someone else took over the company in 2021 or if it's because Texas Roadhouse is a publicly traded company and they are trying to cut costs but it seems that service and quality are not the same as they once were. It's actually three bad experiences as the second time we ever ate at Texas Road house about 12 years ago, the waiter spilled my husband's beer on me when we were out of town for one night and I didn't have an extra pair of clothes. Accidents happen and we did continue to eat at Texas Roadhouse and every time since that time has been good until the last two times. Texas Roadhouse never offered anything, even when beer was spilled on my.....they even charged us for the beer. We had to call a manager over when we got the bill. It's sad when companies don't know anything about customer service and when they won't respond to a complaint. Why would I support a company that doesn't care about its customers.

Our meal tonight ribeyes were tough and chared...NO EXCUSE..HAPPY NEW YEARS this was in TROY OHIO
