Of course, Friday nights are busy, we expected that much. My husband and I were busy eating our amazing bread and house salad while enjoying each other's company, we didn't think about how long our steak was taking. The manager came up to our table and said that she was not sure what happened to our meal, but that it will be out in a few minutes and that the meal was on them. Talk about being blown away, we never complained, yet the manager came to us. Talk about AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you for the excellent service and delicious food. Texas Roadhouse is probably the best steak house my wife and I have ever been too! We always get the Prime Rib and it never fails. It’s the best Prime Rib we have ever had! It’s always cooked exactly how we like. Customer Service is always on point!

Through Thick and Thin Texas Roadhouse has always impressed me with their great customer service, treatment of veterans, and variety of menu, but during Covid our local Houma Restaurant has gone above and beyond to stay open, offer take out and when possible eat in options. Then came Hurricane Ida. Almost every restaurant in the area was closed. Texas Roadhouse struggled to get up as fast as possible and managed to keep fully staffed (at least it looks like it's fully staffed!) and keep the restaurant running. The management must be awesome to make all this happen. Other sit-down restaurants are slowly reopening, but Texas Roadhouse has been open every second they possibly could be to support the community, provide jobs, and be a high spot in a very low morale time. THank you so much for keeping things going, even when you had every reason to close up shop. Your plan for take out was well thought out and executed, and your rolls were always mouthwateringly perfect.
